With a Running Clock

AMRAP in 5 Minutes (from 0:00-5:00):

10 Bar-Facing Burpees

15 Thrusters (95/65 lb)

20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

 

Then, 5 Minutes (from 5:00-10:00) to Establish:

5 Rep Max Low Hang Snatch

 

The WOD has 2 parts. Part 1 starts with a running clock; Part 2 starts at the 5:00 mark. Score for Part 1 is total rounds plus reps completed under 5:00; score for Part 2 is heaviest weight successfully lifted (bar cannot touch the ground between reps).
